Mobile Defendants”) file this Unopposed Motion for Withdrawal of Matthew Paul Harper as
Counsel and Termination of Electronic Notices for Him.
Matthew Paul Harper, who appeared in this action on behalf of the Ericsson and Sony
Mobile Defendants, has left the firm of Thompson & Knight LLP and will no longer act as
counsel for the Ericsson and Sony Mobile Defendants in this action. The Ericsson and Sony
Mobile Defendants will continue to be represented by Bruce S. Sostek and others of Thompson
& Knight LLP. The withdrawal of Matthew Paul Harper as counsel for the Ericsson and Sony
Mobile Defendants will not delay the proceedings in this matter.
Therefore, the Ericsson and Sony Mobile Defendants request that this Unopposed Motion
for Withdrawal of Matthew Paul Harper as Counsel be granted and that he be removed from the
official service list in this case. Plaintiff does not oppose the relief requested herein.
