ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS HTC CORPORATION, HTC AMERICA, INC.,
AND EXEDEA INC.’S MOTION TO SEVER
Before the Court is HTC Corporation, HTC America, Inc., and Exedea Inc.’s (collectively,
“HTC”) Motion to Sever and Memorandum In Support. The Court having reviewed the motion, and
being well-advised, finds that the motion should be GRANTED. IT IS THEREFORE
ORDERED that Wi-LAN’s claims against HTC be severed from those claims against
Alcatel-Lucent, Ericsson, and Sony Mobile.
