Before the Court is Defendants’ Unopposed for Leave to Designate Additional Exhibits
for Trial. Having considered the Motion and for good cause appearing, the Court is of the
opinion that the Motion should be GRANTED. It is therefore ORDERED that each side is
permitted to designate 400 exhibits for trial.
