613cv252 – Doc. 373).
Mr. Weaver responded. Mr. Wynne (Ericsson, Sony) addressed the motion to continue and
document review. Mr. Sostek (Ericsson, Sony) addressed the motion to continue. Mr.
Arovas (Alcatel-Lucent) addressed the motion. Mr. Korniczky responded to the document
production. Mr. Weaver responded.
Court will continue both cases and will look at calendar for a resetting. Court asked parties to
meet and confer on the document review. Court will set for June, or July or possibly, early
fall.
