On this day came on to be considered Alcatel-Lucent, HTC, Ericsson and Sony Mobile’s
Daubert Motion to Exclude the Supplemental Report and Testimony of John C. Jarosz. The Court,
having considered the Motion as well as the other pleadings and papers on file herein, is of the
opinion that such Motion is meritorious and should be granted. It is therefore
ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the Daubert Motion to Exclude the
Supplemental Report and Testimony of John C. Jarosz is granted. It is further
