Before the Court is Plaintiff Wi-LAN Inc.’s (“Plaintiff”) Motion For Judgment as a
Matter Of Law on Defendants’ defenses and counterclaims of laches, waiver, equitable estoppel,
acquiescence, and ratification. (Dkt. No. ______.) Because Defendants have not presented
legally sufficient evidence on these defenses, Wi-LAN’s Motion is GRANTED.
