ALCATEL-LUCENT’S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR WITHDRAWAL OF RYAN P.
KANE AS COUNSEL AND TERMINATION OF ELECTRONIC NOTICES FOR HIM
Defendant Alcatel-Lucent USA Inc. (“Alcatel-Lucent”) files this Unopposed Motion for
Withdrawal of Ryan P. Kane as Counsel and Termination of Electronic Notices for Him. Ryan
P. Kane, who appeared in this action on behalf of Alcatel-Lucent, has left the firm of Kirkland &
Ellis LLP and will no longer act as counsel for Alcatel-Lucent in this action. Alcatel-Lucent will
continue to be represented by Gregory S. Arovas and others of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. The
withdrawal of Ryan P. Kane as counsel for Alcatel-Lucent will not delay the proceedings in this
matter. Therefore, Alcatel-Lucent requests that this Unopposed Motion for Withdrawal of Ryan
P. Kane as counsel be granted and that he be removed from the official service list in this case.
Plaintiff does not oppose the relief requested herein.
