ORDER
Before the Court is Wi-LAN Inc., Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson, Ericsson Inc., Sony
Mobile Communications AB, and Sony Mobile Communications (USA) Inc.’s Partially Opposed
Joint Motion to Seal Certain Trial Exhibits (“Motion”). The Motion is GRANTED.
The Court hereby ORDERS that the following admitted trial exhibits shall be maintained

The Court further ORDERS the Movants to submit to the Clerk’s Office a disk
containing all of the unsealed exhibits and a disk containing all of the sealed exhibits.
