No. 5,999,084; claims 1-18 of U.S. Pat. No. 6,102,802; claim 7 of U.S. Pat. No. 6,135,886; claims 1, 3, 6-8, 11, 12, 16-19, 23-25, 28-37, 40-53, and 6673 of U.S. Pat. No.6,343,991; claims 1, 6, and 18 of U.S. Pat. No. 6,222,525; and claims 6-11 of U.S. Pat. No. 6,906,700 either literally or under the doctrine of equivalents.
