UNOPPOSED MOTION TO EXTEND DEADLINES RELATED TO MICROSOFT'S MOTION FOR PARTIAL SUMMARY JUDGMENT Plaintiff Anascape, Ltd. ("Anascape") files this Unopposed Motion to Extend Deadlines Related to Microsoft's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment. Anascape requests that the Court extend the deadlines related to Microsoft's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment to the following: Plaintiff's Response to Motion for Partial Summary Judgment Microsoft's Reply Brief Plaintiff's Sur-Reply Brief January 15, 2008 January 22, 2008 January 24, 2008.

This extension is not sought for delay. No other deadlines in this case will be affected, as the deadline for Plaintiff's Sur-Reply is not being extended, and the period of time between the SurReply and the February 11, 2008 deadline for initial expert reports remains the same. Microsoft does not oppose this Motion.
