UNOPPOSED MOTION TO EXTEND TIME FOR THE DEPOSITION OF DAVID JUDSON Defendant Microsoft Corporation ("Microsoft") submits this Unopposed Motion to Extend Time for the Deposition of David Judson. Anascape does not oppose extending the deadline for deposing David Judson from February 22, 2008 to a date that is one month before the burden expert report deadline for the patents scheduled for trial in February 2009. The specific deadline for this deposition will be included with the other extended deadlines to be submitted to the Court on February 29, 2008. This extension is not sought for delay. WHEREFORE, Defendant Microsoft respectfully requests an extension of time for the Deposition of David Judson. Respectfully submitted,
