ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS' MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE ATTACHMENTS IN HARD COPY
The Court, having considered the above-captioned motion by Defendants Microsoft Corp. ("Microsoft") and Nintendo of America Inc. ("Nintendo"), hereby GRANTS Defendants' Motion for Leave to File Attachments in Hard Copy.
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants Microsoft and Nintendo may submit the attachments to Defendants' Joint Motions in Limine in hard copy with the Clerk of the Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
