[PROPOSED] ORDER This matter having come before this Court for bench trial to determine the issue of inequitable conduct, for the reasons set forth in the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law entered this same date, this Court hereby finds that the `525 patent and the `700 patent are unenforceable due to inequitable conduct.
