ORDER ON ANASCAPE, LTD.'S OBJECTION TO DEFENDANTS' NOTICES OF SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS FOR IN CAMERA REVIEW Based on the Court's consideration of Plaintiff Anascape, Ltd.'s Objection to Defendants' Notices of Submission of Documents for In Camera Review and the Response of Defendants thereto, and in view of the fact that Defendants have withdrawn the privileged documents submitted for in camera inspection, it is the opinion of the Court that the Objection should be OVERRULED AS MOOT. It is therefore ORDERED that Plaintiff Anascape, Ltd.'s Objection is hereby OVERRULED AS MOOT.
