ANASCAPE, LTD.'S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR WITHDRAWAL OF ANTHONY GARZA Anascape, Ltd. ("Anascape") hereby moves this Court to allow Anthony Garza, formerly of McKool Smith, P.C., to withdraw from serving as counsel for Anascape in this action. Anascape's motion is unopposed. In support thereof, Anascape states that Mr. Garza is no longer associated with McKool Smith, P.C., and has not been associated with the firm since late May 2010. The appearances of other attorneys from McKool Smith, P.C. would remain in effect and would not be affected in any way by this withdrawal. Mr. Garza's withdrawal will not cause any delay.
