CERTIFICATE OF CONFERENCE AND COMPLIANCE WITH L.R.54(b) The undersigned certifies that, pursuant to Local Rule CV-54(b), on June 21, 24, and 28, 2010, he met and conferred with Steven Callahan and/or Christopher Bunt, counsel for Anascape, regarding Nintendo's Bill of Costs.
