DEFENDANT MICROSOFT CORPORATION'S NOTICE OF PTO ORDER GRANTING REQUEST FOR RE-EXAMINATION OF U.S. PATENT NO. 5,999,084 Please take notice that on February 23, 2007, the United States Patent and Trademark Office ("PTO") ordered the re-examination of U.S. Patent No. 5,999,084. A true and correct copy of the PTO communication ordering re-examination is attached as Exhibit A. In the communication, the PTO agrees with Microsoft that all elements of the claims of the patent appear to found in the prior art references, including both prior art previously considered by the PTO as well as prior art not previously considered by the PTO.
