Having considered the Parties’ Agreed Motion for Extension of Time to Submit Expert
Reports,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
The expert disclosure deadlines in paragraph 5 of the Court’s Initial Scheduling Order shall be
extended as follows:
1.

The expert disclosures for each party plaintiff will be due April 16, 2012.

2.

The expert disclosures for each party defendant will be due on May 15, 2012.

3.

Rebuttal expert disclosures will be due June 15, 2012.
