PROPOSED ORDER Upon reviewing the Unopposed Motion for Clarification By Defendants Travelport Limited, Travelport, L.P., and Orbitz Worldwide, LLC, filed on February 24, 2012, the Court HEREBY ORDERS THAT: 1. The Motion is GRANTED; 2. The Order Appointing Mediator issued by the Court on February 22, 2012 [Doc. 238] applies only to the mediation of claims between Plaintiff American Airlines, Inc. (“AA”) and Defendants Sabre, Inc., Sabre Holdings Corporation, and Sabre Travel Ltd. d/b/a Sabre Travel Network (collectively “Sabre”); 3. The terms “each party” and “parties” in the Order Appointing Mediator issued by the Court on February 22, 2012 [Doc. 238] refer only to parties AA and Sabre; and 4. The mediation of claims between AA and Defendants Travelport Limited and Travelport, LP and the mediation of claims between AA and Defendant Orbitz Worldwide, LLC remain governed by the Court’s Order of Referral for Mediation in May 2012 as issued on August 1, 2012 and without modification.
