(PROPOSED) ORDER GRANTING JOINT MOTION TO
EXTEND DEADLINES TO EXCHANGE EXPERT REPORTS
After review of the joint motion to extend deadlines to exchange expert reports filed by
the Parties, the Court GRANTS the motion. Accordingly, the existing expert disclosure
deadlines [Doc. 268] and responses to written discovery deadline shall be modified as follows:
1.

The expert disclosures for each party plaintiff shall be due June 25, 2012;

2.

The expert disclosures for each party defendant shall be due July 26, 2012;

3.

Rebuttal expert disclosures shall be due August 27, 2012; and

4.

Responses to written fact discovery shall be due July 26, 2012.
