IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF TEXAS FORT WORTH DIVISION AMERICAN AIRLINES, INC., Plaintiff, vs. TRAVELPORT LIMITED, et al., Defendants. ) ) ) ) ) Case No. 4:11-cv-00244-Y ) ) ) ) ) ) (PROPOSED) ORDER GRANTING JOINT MOTION TO EXTEND DEADLINES After review of the joint motion to extend deadlines filed by the Parties, and in consideration of the commitments of Travelport Limited and Travelport, LP (collectively, “Travelport”) to (i) produce a privilege log for the document production Travelport is making in connection with the Court’s Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel Travelport Defendants [Doc. 337] no later than June 25, 2012, and (ii) produce no later than June 29, 2012 the majority of the documents over which it has fully or partially withdrawn its claims of privilege, and a revised privilege log, as a result of Travelport’s re-review of documents withheld as privileged as discussed in Travelport’s June 8, 2012 letter to Judge Cureton, with production of the remaining documents and a final privilege log no later than July 6, 2012, the Court GRANTS the motion. Accordingly, the Court denies as moot the pending motion of certain Defendants for additional depositions [Doc. 325] and Plaintiff’s cross-motion for an extension of the case schedule [Doc. 334]. The Court also modifies deadlines previously set in the Court’s Order Granting in Part and Denying in Part American’s Motion to Extend [Doc. 245] and the Court’s Order Granting the Joint Motion to Extend Deadlines to Exchange Expert Reports [Doc. 268] as follows: 1. The expert disclosures for each party plaintiff shall be due July 25, 2012. 2. The expert disclosures for each party defendant shall be due August 27, 2012. 3. All fact discovery shall be completed by September 14, 2012. 4. Rebuttal expert disclosures shall be due September 24, 2012. 5. All pretrial and dispositive motions except motions in limine shall be due October 16, 2012. SO ORDERED. Date: ____________ , 2012 ______________________________ Hon. District Judge Terry R.
