PUBLICLY “SEALED ORDER DENYING MOTIONS TO DISMISS” [DOC. NO. 380]
Before the Court is the Agreed Motion (the “Motion”) of Plaintiff American Airlines,
Inc. and Defendants Orbitz Worldwide, LLC; Sabre Inc., Sabre Holdings Corp., and Sabre
Travel International LTD; and Travelport Limited and Travelport, LP seeking to unseal and file
publicly the Court’s Order Denying Motions to Dismiss [Doc. No. 380] dated August 7, 2012
(the “Motion to Dismiss Order”). After review, the Court GRANTS the Agreed Motion.
Accordingly, the clerk is hereby DIRECTED to unseal and file publicly the Motion to
Dismiss Order.
