TRAVELPORT LIMITED, et al. § § § § § CIVIL ACTION NO. 4:11-CV-244-Y (ODD-DOCKET LAW CLERK) [PROPOSED] ORDER GRANTING AMERICAN AIRLINES, INC.’S, TRAVELPORT LIMITED AND TRAVELPORT, L.P.’S, AND ORBITZ WORLDWIDE, LLC’S UNOPPOSED MOTION TO STAY PARTY DISCOVERY AND EXTEND CURRENT DEADLINES AND REQUEST FOR EXPEDITED TREATMENT1 Before the Court is the Unopposed Motion to Stay Party Discovery and Extend Current Deadlines (the “Unopposed Motion”) filed by Plaintiff American Airlines, Inc. (“American”) and Defendants Travelport Limited and Travelport, L.P. (collectively, “Travelport”) and Orbitz Worldwide, LLC (“Orbitz”). After review, the Court GRANTS the Unopposed Motion as follows: 1) All party discovery is stayed and all existing pretrial deadlines are extended. 2) At the expiration of the stay on January 15, 2013, the following deadlines shall apply: a) Defendants’ answers to American’s second amended complaint will be due no later than February 5, 2013. b) Travelport’s deadline for filing a motion for reconsideration of the Court’s August 16, 2012 Order Granting Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 386) or a motion for leave to file additional counterclaims will be February 5, 2013. 1 Defendants Sabre Inc., Sabre Holdings Corporation, and Sabre Travel International Ltd. d/b/a Sabre Travel Network (collectively, “Sabre”), have settled and resolved their disputes with American. See Notice of Reached Agreement (Doc. 416). Accordingly, Sabre does not oppose this Motion. c) The Parties’ responses to all pending written discovery will be due no later than February 5, 2013. d) All depositions must be completed no later than February 20, 2013. e) Defendants’ expert reports must be served no later than March 5, 2013. f) Plaintiffs’ rebuttal reports must be served no later than March 19, 2013. g) All pretrial and dispositive motions, except for motions in limine, will be due no later than April 16, 2013.
