[PROPOSED] ORDER GRANTING AMERICAN AIRLINES, INC.’S, TRAVELPORT
LIMITED AND TRAVELPORT, L.P.’S, JOINT MOTION FOR LIMITED STAY OF
THE CASE PENDING CONDITIONS OF SETTLEMENT
Before the Court is the Joint Motion for Limited Stay of the Case Pending Conditions of
Settlement (the “Joint Motion”) filed by Plaintiff American Airlines, Inc. (“American”) and
Defendants Travelport Limited and Travelport, L.P. (collectively, “Travelport”). After review,
the Court GRANTS the Joint Motion as follows:
1)

As American and Travelport have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated as
of March 12, 2013 (the “Settlement Agreement”), the case is stayed as to
American’s claims against Travelport and Travelport’s claims against American.

2)

American and Travelport shall notify the Court upon the date the releases become
effective in accordance with the Settlement Agreement.
