[PROPOSED] ORDER GRANTING JOINT MOTION TO EXTEND DEADLINES
Having considered plaintiff American Airlines, Inc. (“American”) and Defendant Orbitz
Worldwide, LLC’s (“Orbitz”) (together, with American, the “Parties”) Joint Motion to Extend
Deadlines, the Court GRANTS the motion. Accordingly, the Court modifies deadlines
previously set in the Court’s Order Granting Joint Motion to Extend Deadlines [doc. 458] as
follows:
1. Fact discovery shall be completed by Wednesday, April 10, 2013.
2. Defendant’s expert reports shall be due Tuesday, April 23, 2013.
3. Plaintiff’s rebuttal expert disclosures shall be due Tuesday, May 14, 2013.
4. Expert depositions shall be completed by Friday, May 31, 2013.
5. All pretrial and dispositive motions, except motions in limine, shall be due Friday, June
14, 2013.
