AGREED MOTION TO DISMISS WITH PREJUDICE
Pursuant to Rule 41(a)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Plaintiff American
Airlines, Inc. (“American”) and Defendants Travelport Limited and Travelport, LP (collectively
“Travelport”) move this Court to enter the attached agreed proposed order dismissing with
prejudice American’s claims against Travelport. American and Travelport have fully resolved
and settled for mutual valuable consideration all disputes in this matter as between them.
Accordingly, no issues remain between American and Travelport that require judicial resolution,
and American’s claims against Travelport should be dismissed with prejudice. Travelport’s
counterclaims against American having previously been dismissed with prejudice, this dismissal
will conclude all litigation between American and Travelport in this Court.
REQUESTED RELIEF
American and Travelport respectfully request that the Court grant this Agreed Motion to
Dismiss with Prejudice and enter the proposed Order attached hereto as Exhibit A. American
and Travelport further request that the Court grant them any further relief to which they may be
justly entitled.

[PROPOSED] AGREED ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE
Plaintiff American Airlines, Inc. (“American”) and Defendants Travelport Limited and
Travelport, LP (collectively, “Travelport”), through their undersigned counsel, have informed the
Court that they have settled all disputes between them in this action and have requested that
American’s claims against Travelport be dismissed with prejudice. Accordingly, it is hereby
ORDERED that American’s claims against Travelport are DISMISSED with prejudice.
This order shall have no effect on American’s claims or defenses against any other Defendant in
this litigation. Travelport’s counterclaims against American having previously been dismissed
with prejudice, this order concludes all litigation between American and Travelport in the aboveentitled action.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that American and Travelport shall each bear its own
expenses, costs, and attorneys’ fees incurred in connection herewith.
