On May 23, 2016, the school board also adopted the attached policy regarding restrooms, which codifies its longstanding practice. We are requesting representation to determine whether this policy is in conflict with policy guidance from the federal government, and if so, if the policy is enforceable. Please assign this matter to the appropriate division. In addition, please coordinate day-to-day litigation details with Harrold ISD Superintendent, David Thweatt.
