THE ABANDONED VESSEL, in rem § § § § § CIVIL ACTION NO. 4:07-00784 ADMIRALTY ORDER On _________________________, 2007, came on to be heard Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion to Extend. After considering Plaintiff's Motion, the Motion is hereby GRANTED. It is therefore ordered that Plaintiff's Motion to Extend is GRANTED. It is further ORDERED that, Public notice of Plaintiff's action will be published in the Houston Chronicle once per week for four consecutive weeks starting on May 28, 2007. It is further ORDERED, By June 25, 2007, persons with (a) claims asserting ownership and/or title to the VESSEL or (b) objections to Plaintiff's right of ownership and/or title to the VESSEL must file them under oath with the clerk of this Court and deliver or mail a copy of them to Robert J.
