After considering the Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim and
Plaintiff’s Response (if any), the Court finds that the Motion should be GRANTED.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiff’s Complaint against Defendant is
DISMISSED with prejudice and that Plaintiff shall take nothing by this action. It is further
ORDERED that Defendant is granted all costs of court, its attorneys’ fees and all other relief,
general or special, legal or equitable, as the Court deems just and proper.
