The Court is of the opinion that it should be GRANTED. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the parties shall submit the proposed scheduling required by Local Rule CV-16(c) on the earlier of ten (10) days after the denial of any motion for leave to amend Plaintiff's complaint to add Tiltware, LLC as a party or ten (10) days after Tiltware, LLC files an answer in this suit.
