ORDER ON PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO EXCLUDE THE TESTIMONY OF EXPERT Before the Court is Plaintiff's Motion to Exclude Testimony of Defendant Tiltware, LLC's Expert and Memorandum in Support. After considering the motion and response, if any, and the Report of Robert H. Wolf, the Court is of the opinion the motion should be GRANTED. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Defendant Tiltware, LLC shall not be allowed to present evidence from Robert H. Wolf in the form of opinions under Federal Rules of Evidence 702.
