Defendant Entrepreneur Media, Inc., moves for leave to file its Reply in Support of
Partial Motion to Dismiss under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(B)(6) (“Reply”), which is in
excess of the 5-page limitation set forth in the Local Rule CV-7(e). Defendant requires a
moderate number of additional pages to address the issues raised in Plaintiff’s multiple responses
to the Motion. Specifically, Defendant requests a total of 15 pages for its Reply.
