TO FILE MOTION TO DISMISS IN EXCESS OF PAGE LIMIT
Defendant and Counterclaimant Entrepreneur Media, Inc. (“Defendant”) moves for leave
to file its Motion to Dismiss (“Motion”), which is in excess of the 10-page limitation set forth in
the Local Rule CV-7(d). Defendant requires 17 pages to address the numerous issues raised in
Plaintiff’s Second Amended Complaint.
