Entrepreneur Media, Inc. (“Defendant”) requests an additional thirty (30) day extension
of time to file an answer or otherwise plead in response to the First Amended Original Complaint
filed by Daniel R. Castro (“Plaintiff”) on September 28, 2010. The requested extension will
allow Defendant up to and including November 14, 2010 to file its answer or otherwise plead.
On October 7, 2010, in an email exchange with Daniel R. Castro, pro se Plaintiff, Mr.
Castro consented to the requested extension.
