("Google") and Defendant Pacific WebWorks, Inc. ("PWW"), through their respective undersigned counsel, hereby jointly move for the entry of the Stipulated Final Judgment and Order for Permanent Injunction against Defendant Pacific WebWorks, Inc. et al. ("Judgment") that has been filed herewith. #1464368 v5 den As Google and PWW have resolved their dispute, it is in the interest of judicial economy and good cause exists to enter this Judgment against PWW and its related entities, all of which have been represented by counsel and understand the terms of the Judgment (as evidenced by their signatures to the proposed Judgment). The Judgment will dismiss PWW from the pending matter and allow Google to pursue the remaining defendants in the case. To the extent that the Court deems it necessary to clarify any issues prior to the entry of the proposed Judgment, the Parties jointly request a hearing on such issues.
