Pursuant to D.U. Civ Rule 83-1.1(d), Loren E. Weiss moves the Court for an order admitting A. Jeff Ifrah as pro hac vice counsel in the above-captioned matter on behalf of Third Party Defendants Viable Marketing Corp., CPA Upsell, and Iworks, and hereby consents to serve as local counsel. The application for pro hac vice admission is attached as exhibit A to this motion, an Electronic Case Filing Registration Form as exhibit B, and the admission fee, if
