Pacific WebWorks, Inc. ("PWW") filed a Motion to Dismiss Bloosky's Third[PROPOSED] ORDER FOR EXTENSION Case No. 09-cv-1068-BSJ District Judge Bruce S. Jenkins Party Complaint under Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b) on September 1, 2010. 2. Pursuant to D.U. Civ. R. 7-1(b)(4) and Fed. R. Civ. P. 6, Bloosky's response is Dockets.Justia.com therefore due September 29, 2010. The time to respond has not yet expired. 3. The parties have agreed to a 14-day extension of this deadline, up to and including October 13, 2010. WHEREFORE, it is hereby ordered that Bloosky is GRANTED until October 13, 2010, to respond to PWW's Motion to Dismiss Bloosky's Third-Party Complaint. SO ORDERED.
