The December 1, 2010, deadline for completion of fact discovery is vacated; The December 8, 2010, deadline for Plaintiff's expert reports is vacated; The deadline for filing any memorandum in opposition to Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to File First Amended Complaint (Docket No. 55) is extended to December 15, 2010; 4. The deadline for filing any memorandum in opposition to Defendant's Motion to Compel Discovery (Docket No. 57) is extended to December 15, 2010; 5. 6. Discovery in this matter shall be stayed, pending an anticipated settlement; In the event the parties settle this matter, they shall submit appropriate papers to the Court not later than December 6, 2010; and 7. In the event the parties do not settle this matter, they shall promptly confer to set new deadlines for the completion of fact and expert discovery, which deadlines must be sufficient to ensure the case is ready for trial by May 31, 2011, the current trial date. In the event the parties are unable to agree on dates, either party may move the Court for entry of an appropriate order. DATED this ___ day of November, 2010.
