Pursuant to D.U. Civ Rule 83-1.1(d), I move the admission of Carla Gorniak as pro hac
vice counsel for Amicus Curiae, the United Mexican States ; the Governments of Argentina,
Brazil, Chile, Columbia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua,
Paraguay, Peru, and Uruguay, and consent to serve as local counsel.
