“Defendants”), hereby stipulate to and move the Court for a one (1) week extension of time, up
to and including July 5, 2011, for Defendants to answer or otherwise respond to the complaint.
Defendants’ response is currently due on June 28, 2011 or thereafter. No previous extensions
have been sought.
