The Boards Totals above are an accurate depiction of aggregate receipts and production for the fiscal year. Because the Technology Centers have been in existence less than a full year, the Technology Center statistics are estimations. Technology Center 1900 has been abolished; accordingly, the inventory for technology center 1900 has been aggregated with the inventory of technology center 1700. Of the 8344 pending appeals, 1564 are currently assigned to administrative patent judge dockets.
