Upon consideration of the unopposed motion filed by Plaintiff Triantafyllos Tafas requesting that the Court modify Magistrate Thomas Rawles Jones, Jr.'s Amended Scheduling Order dated December 5, 2007 to increase the page limit for Plaintiff Tafas' rebuttal brief in support of its Motion for Summary Judgment by 15 pages, and finding good cause to grant the requested enlargement, it is this ___________ day of ________________, 2008, ORDERED that the Plaintiff Tafas' Unopposed Motion to Enlarge its Page Limit is GRANTED, and it is FURTHER ORDERED that the Amended Order dated December 5, 2007 (per Hon. Thomas Rawles Jones, Jr.) is amended so as to enlarge the page limit for Plaintiff Tafas' rebuttal brief in support of its Motion for Summary Judgment from 25 to 40 pages.
