PROPOSED ORDER GRANTING JOINT MOTION TO USE THE
COURTROOM PRESENTATION SYSTEM AND TO BRING ELECTRONIC
EQUIPMENT INTO COURTHOUSE FOR USE DURING TRIAL
Upon consideration of the parties’ Joint Motion to Use the Courtroom Presentation
System and to Bring Electronic Equipment Into Courthouse for Use During Trial, and good
cause appearing therefor, it is hereby ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED:
1.
The parties may use the courtroom’s evidence presentation system during the trial
of this case for presentation.
2.
Rosetta Stone may bring the following items into the courthouse: (i) three laptop
computers with cables; (ii) three external hard drives; (iii) external speakers and cables; (iv)
digital projector with cables; (v) projection screen; (vi) portable printer/scanner; (vii) two
wireless internet cards; and (viii) two-way switching device.
3.
Google may bring the following items into the courthouse:
(i) three laptop
computers with cables; (ii) external hard drive; (iii) external speakers and cables; (iv) portable
printer/scanner; (v) wireless internet card and (vi) 2-way switching device.
