PROPOSED ORDER GRANTING JOINT MOTION TO SUBMIT
ELECTRONIC COPIES OF TRIAL EXHIBITS
Upon consideration of the parties’ Joint Motion to Submit Electronic Copies of Trial
Exhibits, and good cause appearing therefor, it is hereby ORDERED that the Motion is
GRANTED:
1.

The parties shall submit to the Clerk three sets of DVDs containing electronic

copies of their trial exhibits.
2.

The parties shall deliver to chambers one set of DVDs containing electronic

copies of their trial exhibits.
3.

The parties shall exchange one set of DVDs containing electronic copies of their

trial exhibits.
4.

The exhibits shall be properly numbered and the DVDs shall contain an index so

that the trial exhibits can be readily accessed.
