Before the Court is Defendant Google Inc.'s Bill of Costs Against Plaintiff Rosetta Stone
Ltd. and the parties' Stipulation Regarding Quantum of Potentially Allowable Costs (Dkt. Nos.
230, 231 & 233). The Court dismissed Counts IV and VIII of the Complaint and Count VII of
the First Amended Complaint. For the reasons stated in the Court's Memorandum Opinion
(Dkt. No. 227), Google Inc. ("Google") was granted summary judgment on all counts that the
Court had not previously dismissed.
Therefore, it is hereby ORDERED that Google is the "prevailing party" pursuant to Fed.
R. Civ. P. 54(d)(1). As a result, Google is entitled to the stipulated quantum of costs in the
amount of $79,500.00.
