("Cvent"), by counsel, respectfully moves on an emergency basis for expedited hearing of its Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and related Motions. Specifically, Plaintiff seeks: (1) an accelerated schedule for hearing on Plaintiff's Motion for Expedited Discovery Concerning Identity of Defendants Doe 1-10; (2) an accelerated schedule of briefing and hearing on Plaintiff's Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order; and (3) an accelerated schedule for expedited discovery, briefing, and a hearing on Plaintiff's Motion for Preliminary Injunction.
