DECLARATION OF TARA LYNN R. ZURAWSKI DESCRIBING COMPLIANCE
WITH THE COURT’S ORDER TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF ACTION
I, Tara Lynn R. Zurawski, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1746, declare and state:
1.

I am an active member of the Virginia bar and an associate at the law firm of

Jones Day. I am counsel of record for Plaintiff, Entrepreneur Media, Inc. (“EMI”), in the abovestyled matter and I have personal knowledge of the information set forth below.
2.

On June 8, 2011 the Court entered an Order to publish notice of the present action

regarding the domain names seattleentrepreneur.com and austinentrepreneur.com (the “Domain
Names”).

A copy of the Order was published in The Washington Times on June 14, 2011.

Attached hereto as Exhibit A is a true and correct copy of the publication of the Order in the
classifieds section of The Washington Times which shows the publication of the Order in the
newspaper on June 14, 2011 (Ad # 14598970).

Pursuant to Paragraph 2 (C) of the Order, an answer or other response to the

Complaint in this action should be filed with the Clerk of the Court within twenty-one (21) days
from the date of publication of the Order in The Washington Times, i.e., by no later than July 5,
2011 or the Court may render a judgment against the Domain Names that could include the
forfeiture or cancellation of those Domain Names or the transfer of those Domain Names to
Plaintiff Entrepreneur Media, Inc.
I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
