On this day came defendant Gannett Co., Inc. (“Gannett”), by counsel, upon the Motion
for Extension of Time for Gannett Co., Inc. to File Responsive Pleadings to Complaint (“Motion
for Extension of Time”), and, upon consideration of the arguments set forth in the Motion for
Extension of Time, and for good cause shown, it is
ORDERED that the Motion for Extension of Time filed by Gannett is granted, and
Gannett shall have through and including November 14, 2011, in which to answer, plead or
otherwise respond to the Complaint filed by the plaintiff in this action.
