On this day came defendant Target Corporation (“Target”), by counsel, upon the Motion
for Extension of Time for Target Corporation to File Responsive Pleadings to Complaint
(“Motion for Extension of Time”), and, upon consideration of the arguments set forth in the
Motion for Extension of Time, and for good cause shown, it is
ORDERED that the Motion for Extension of Time filed by Target is granted, and Target
shall have through and including November 14, 2011, in which to answer, plead or otherwise
respond to the Complaint filed by the plaintiff in this action.
