Google, Inc. (“Google”) and IAC Search & Media, Inc. (“IAC Search”) (collectively,
“Defendants”), by counsel, give notice of the filing of a corrected Exhibit 2 to their Notice of
Filing of Certain Unredacted and Further Redacted Materials in Response to Order to Show
Cause (“Notice of Filing of Certain Materials”) (Dkt. No. 163).
On May 10, 2012, Defendants filed their Notice of Filing of Certain Materials in response
to this Court’s Order to Show Cause dated May 3, 2012 (Dkt. No. 161). In the process,
Defendants inadvertently attached an incorrect Exhibit 2 to their Notice of Filing of Certain
Materials. The correct version of Exhibit 2 to the Notice of Filing of Certain Materials is
attached hereto as Exhibit A.
